Many people ask the questions “What does it all mean?” and “What is the meaning or purpose of life?” We seem to have this inner desire to know who we are, what we are and where we come from. The answer to this eternal question is sought through many avenues which include history, archaeology, religion, spirituality, healing, science, medicine, ancient cultural heritage/ wisdom etc.

The truth is that we really don’t know, but the human desire to seek, explore and question allows personal growth whilst we seek an answer. However, what if the answer is love and nothing tangible? What if the answer is that in order to reach our fullest potential all we have to do is acknowledge the Divine Love within us, live it and be it? Does that seem silly, nonsensical, and even too simple? Being Divine Love is the most difficult challenge we have.

The inner and outer journey I have taken through many aspects of life, brought me back to the voice of our soul, the voice of the heart and Divine Love. I came to realise that if we stopped consciously seeking, accepted being in the moment, in the now, relating to life and each other from the now, we move to that point we are trying to understand about ourselves. We connect with the universal oneness or God which allows us to see why we are here, who we are, and our purpose. Life has to exchange and interchange as it does to make us whole. We awaken our humanity, love each other and our planet and understand that we are the very fabric of life and the universe. Our earth is perfect and each of us is perfect. When we love we see this.

We are in the centre of great human evolutionary change right now and the answer we seek is right there inside our heart. It is time for us to wake up and acknowledge the intelligence and love of the heart.

In my E- book “Voice of The Universal Heart”, I talk primarily about the voice, the heart, vibrational medicine and Divine Love. Here is an extract from the e-book:-

“I believe the heart is the place where we hold the highest energy of love and that love is not an e-motion. It is our natural vibrational and energetic state. When we say we are experiencing a sense of bliss, we are usually in a timeless state of love. We feel at peace. We are happy and we feel at one with everything and everyone. We can move into a state of Divine Love using meditation techniques, vocal tones, or listening to meditation music. It is possible to be very active in our imagination to shift our mind consciousness through visualisation. However, the final surrender is when the heart combines with mind consciousness to take us into the state of love. We do this by training our mind to be still and asking the heart to speak to us. Then, when we are finally quiet enough to hear the voice of our heart, it will speak and the sound will flow up to the mind, allowing the inner sound to travel through the entire energy system to connect with the highest energy of Divine Love.  This vibrational conduit between the heart and the universe/God allows the energy of love to be received and to regenerate the subtle bodies and whole energy field connected with the heart.”

“The heart’s true vibration is love and harmony the body’s natural state. When we are in love, we can feel the energy in our heart leap and connect to the person we love. We see the world and everything in it in a very different way and do not experience time. Time stands still for lovers and their hearts connect wherever they are, even if they are thousands of miles apart. A parent also experiences this heart connection with a child and will usually sacrifice themselves in some way for the love of their child. When we experience love in this way, we act from our soul, with joy, compassion, forgiveness and we heal. It is no coincidence that the best selling records are love songs!”

Our destiny is to become love. The issues we are desperately trying to correct within ourselves and on earth are the very consequence of our separation caused by mind interference alone. We have alienated the heart in our quest for logical answers in the name of progress. We have failed to understand that in our desire for better, we have not recognised the balanced perfection of nature, our own mind and heart have become unbalanced with earth. This is however, our evolution. It is the process of becoming and learning who we are. Our actions determine our future, we create, we destroy and we recreate. We can change our planetary way of living, we can heal, have peace, and put an end to poverty, war and violence, simply by learning to love at the highest level of acceptance and divine love. Accepting we are all here to serve each other and are connected as one universal vibration through love.

We have come a long way with logic; we have quantum physics, understand energy better, and are learning to honour our biology, genes and ancestral influence. Now we must accept that the earth is perfect and it is human beings who have made it imperfect. The better world we seek, the spiritual person we wish to become is already here. When we open our eyes, our ears, our hearts, our voices and act as the loving human beings we truly are, we see that the world we live in, can be recreated. A better, sustainable, loving global community can honour and learn from each other. Every person has value on this earth, every plant, animal and mineral. All jobs are necessary for the functioning of community and society. The Janitor is as important as the Chief Executive and that should never be forgotten. The West is no better than the East, the North no better than the South. There are differences between cultures and each need to learn to love and understand the other. The search for the meaning of life is simple – become love.

In my work with the voice and heart, when the heart is freed, the mind comes into balance and both function synergistically for the greater good of the individual and the whole. Communities connect, support, care, assist each other, respect one another and the planet we live on and allow each other to be who they are. When we love and co-create with love we can change the damage we have done, and restore ourselves and the earth to its natural harmony.

It is easy to talk philosophically about the meaning of life, but actions speak louder than words. Now is the time to accept each others role and understand we are gifts for one another. We should not judge what we think is right or wrong in a person; each of us carries what we see in another. We have a part to play to rise above, lead the way and show that when we become the being of love we are, we attain the power of Divine Love within us. The voice is unique; the purpose of each individual is unique. We can work with the voice to free the heart, become the being of love we truly are and follow our destiny.

ACID REFLUX & Acidity/Alkalinity in the body October 1, 2009

ACID REFLUX

The term Reflux is what happens when you feel some indigestion behind the breastbone, maybe some heat/heartburn and when you eat your food an acid taste comes back into your mouth after swallowing and some food and fluid comes up making you feel sick. You feel uncomfortable and bloated usually too.

The medical term is Oesophagitis. However what I think most of you experience is due to late night/early hours eating or grabbing fast foods and drink with stress in your lifestyle.

Reflux is caused by the substance called Hydrochloric Acid which is a key chemical for digestion and absorption in the stomach which works with other digestive enzymes. For many suffering from reflux the HCl is usually low and digestion is therefore poor. The food intake then takes a long time to digest and your body can not absorb the nutrients properly.

As you put more food or drink into the stomach, it cannot cope and begins to stack up half digested food into the oesophagus (gullet) and the acid that is trying to break the food down causes a taste that comes back up into the mouth with some food. Rushing around or rushing your eating will cause this and gulping food. If you are overweight it will be a problem as there is too much pressure on the digestive organs from the extra weight. Hot foods, spicy foods, rich sauce foods, cheese, cream, fast foods and snacks etc and stimulant drinks like hot coffee, hot tea, alcohol, fizzy drinks etc  make it worse.

WHAT YOU CAN DO?

ü       Eat a well balanced diet

ü       Cut out junk foods, rich foods, coffee and stimulant drinks.

ü       Try to eat at sensible times -  not late night/early morning. Your liver gets stressed if you eat at that time as well, so you are not doing yourself any favours!

ü       Chew your food more before you swallow it, Saliva starts the digestive process – slow down your eating!

ü       Don’t swill food down with drink – any drink including water – it makes it harder to digest food. Drink water half an hour before eating if possible as that way it readies your stomach for food and curbs the appetite a little.

ü       Rest and relax as stress makes it worse.

ü       Antacids can provide relief but don’t really solve the problem.

ü       Slippery Elm powder taken in water can help soothe.

ü       Inner Leaf Aloe Vera in water soothes inflammation in the digestive system.

ü       Ground flaxseeds soaked in water overnight, releases the mucilage and this soothes the digestive tract also.

ü       Ensure you are ‘eliminating’ properly (going for a good toilet sit daily!) A full small and large intestine won’t let your stomach contents move out easily either. The intestine is also a key absorption site for nutrients…if you’ve got that stacked up you will increase toxicity in your system.

ü       Under guidance you could take a HCL & Pepsin supplement – it has contraindications in gastric conditions so you need professional guidance.

So I hope that helps you understand Reflux better! Ask me for my Idiots Guide sheet, try some new ways with your diet and see how you go!

ACID/ALKALINE – pH  (pH scale below)

This is key nutritional stuff and I will just clear up a few facts on this for those who are unsure about it.

Like plants we are biological organisms and have to maintain a stable pH environment (Homeostasis). The body will try to maintain this at all costs. Sadly the world we have created for ourselves has now begun to cause such distress to our biological organism that we are trying to adapt. Quite frankly we are a mutagenic species at the moment. Adapting to what our minds have created and the pollution of our world is what is causing so much more highly refined immune disorders and breakdowns of the body from higher acidity.

When we talk of pH balance/acidity/alkalinity…we are talking about the ratio of acid and alkaline status in the blood (normally 7.36 – 7.41 pH) and tissue fluids where the electrolytes function. In a healthy body slight alkalinity is held constant by the balance of dissolved carbon dioxide (acid) and sodium bicarbonate (alkali). This balance is partly regulated by the kidneys, from which acid OR alkaline urine is secreted to correct any excess in either direction. In a healthy body Urine is more acidic (Urine pH 6.5 or above) than the blood pH level for this reason.

The pH is also partly regulated by the lungs from which excessive carbon dioxide is eliminated by deeper breathing. Heavy breathing after exertion is a reflex response to the formation of acid in working muscle. (Lactic acid). The type of acid does not matter!

Removing carbon dioxide (carbonic acid) by the lungs…compensates for an excess of Lactic acid in muscle…or an excess of any other acid in the body - If……… the body is healthy!

All three mechanisms work together to maintain Homeostasis – the acid alkaline balance.

The higher acidity in the body develops from eating too much highly refined processed foods and chemical additives and preservatives in our food……….. and dehydration.

It can also come from a failure to eliminate carbon dioxide because the lungs and/or muscles for breathing are impaired. OR

The kidneys are not functioning well OR

Diarrhoea where the tissue salts – bicarbonate of sodium – are lost through the intestine leaving a more acidic condition in the intestine. OR

Diabetes OR

Malnutrition – many today are malnourished…. not because of starvation but because of wrong foods and failure to get adequate nutrition. OR

Poisoning by chemical interference from pharmaceutical drugs such as aspirin, social drugs, cigarettes, paints, sprays, aerosols, perfumes etc.

Severe acidity or severe alkalinity is dangerous and needs medical attention.

You can see the body does a damn good job against all odds in today’s world!

So next time you are talking about this subject…..take a good look at your diet and lifestyle and see how you can help your body maintain it’s slightly alkaline homeostatic environment!

A healthy body is not a total absence of illness…but a body that can deal with what is thrown at it and overcome it! We all have genetic inheritances in our health and we all have to live in this modern world!

A balanced diet helps us keep healthy, along with exercise, relaxation and doing what we love best! Singing for me!

Enjoy your food!

Love Hilary

NATURAL CYCLES & VOICE HEALTH September 4, 2009

As the Autumn Equinox approaches I thought you might like to know a little more about how our voice health is affected by the coming and going of the seasons! In order to do this I need to give you a VERY BRIEF layman’s biology/physiology prep! You may notice more, after reading this, your own cycles of colds and sore throats etc.

First let me explain that human beings are “energy” beings. We function on chemical, electrical and geometric (magnetic gravity) energy. Our water and blood content carries sodium, potassium, vitamins, minerals, fats, sugars, and all other compounds needed to sustain our life force! Cholesterol is our cell membrane protector and without it we would die! Mucous is an essential part of our body and not a baddie except when it becomes out of balance.

Singers are usually trying to keep mucous down at all costs so as not to clog the vocal sound. However too little mucous in the vocal membranes is actually dangerous as they will become fragile to the stress you place on them when you start to put power into your voice notes. Too low cholesterol, too low mucous is making your cellular integrity weaker and more susceptible to disease. Too much mucous is a different picture of your health and is a sign of more toxicity in your system rather than always being an infection! Either way you will be open to more throat problems. If you try to ZAP these with sprays, overuse of antibiotics, herbal preparations and tinctures such as Echinacea…you can with over use of these…….actually…… “Suppress” the problem you are having, forcing it deeper back into your body’s system! Only to rear it’s head again in a more serious breakout next time!

Serious throat conditions always need medical attention and should never be considered only in natural therapeutic terms. However, natural therapeutic understanding can also help differentiate between what is needed medically and what needs a little time and rest to assist recovery.

When you understand the natural cycles of your own body in connection with the earth’s cycles, you begin to learn how to create a better health picture for yourself. Your voice is not separate from the rest of your body! ALL CELLS require the essential vitamins, fats, minerals, amino acids, water etc in the correct ratios for healthy functioning. If the balanced ratio of these become out of balance (Homeostasis is impaired), the physiology of the cell changes and begins to dysfunction. The body will try at all costs to maintain Homeostasis but dis – ease develops.

Light/Dark – Day/Night is the daily cellular governor! During the day healthy cells receive sodium and calcium and fats to give us energy! At night Magnesium & Potassium move into the cell to calm the activity for restorative functions and sleep. If the cells are dehydrated -thicker cholesterol around the membrane occurs. The stronger minerals Sodium & Calcium with larger molecules cannot pass through the cell membrane and the softer minerals magnesium and potassium cannot push them out, the osmotic process becomes impaired and the push/pull function cannot function! This means the rest of the body tries to find a way to handle the dysfunction and the toxicity of a cell begins to build up because it cannot clear and utilize its nutrients properly. The Lymphatic system is the body’s clearing system for toxic build up. Waste material from the cell is passed into this secondary system that runs closely with the blood system. However dehydration will also make the lymphatic system sluggish and not able to move the debris clearly and easily. Severe toxicity can enter the bloodstream at some point…but we are not covering that here!!!

When the lymphatics get too full the body has a neat way of creating a clearing……A COLD!! Very few colds are “caught” most are made by the body’s own mechanism to clear away toxic buildup. You will have to go back to Beauchamp and before that Hippocrates & Homeopathic medicine to understand all of this…… but today’s medicine is based on the Germ theory of Louis Pasteur and Beauchamp had a different theory.

So besides the push/pull of the light & dark we are also subjected to the gravitational pull of the Earth, Sun & Moon. On a daily/monthly basis we are at the whim of the moon and the tidal movement in the ocean! Women’s menstrual cycles are controlled by the cycles of the moon in conjunction with hormone cycles. Our bodies’ water is seawater (sodium & potassium pull) and we have the same wave pull on our cellular biology as the ocean does on the earth! All of this is going on inside our bodies and then……… we have the SEASONS to contend with!

The two strongest points of the year are the Spring (Vernal Equinox) and the Autumn Equinox. These occur between the Sun & the Earth when the Sun moves to a 45° angle over the Earth. This creates a rapid energy rush which affects our cellular & lymphatic system to push out toxicity! In the Spring it moves one way and in the Autumn it reverses. This rapid energy shift causes all kinds of things to happen around us and inside us and is a common time for acute illness symptoms to show, colds, coughs, “infections”, sore throats, rashes etc etc as well as more severe things. The Solstices – Summer & Winter also have an effect usually not as strong but it depends on the susceptibility of the person and the organs (Chinese medicine) associated with that season. The strongest energy pull is as it approaches and rides over the peak of these natural cycles.

The mucous/lymph health is critical at all times…it needs to be balanced to be able to allow your body to flow with the natural cycles of our earth connection. If you feel unwell at these times…be gentle on yourself and nurture yourself. Your throat especially!

So when anyone comes to me in natural practice, not only do I assess organ and cell functionality in conventional ways but I am assessing the movement of energy in a person and how that is making their health – colds, coughs, infections etc worse or better! All of this affects vocal health because our voice is our expression of how good or bad we are inside! To me “A COLD IS A GIFT”…it means I have a healthy body capable of clearing itself to keep me healthy and not get serious disease. Sore throats, ear problems, swollen glands, coughs etc may not always be “an infection”. (Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Otitis etc are different and need medical attention – YOU MUST ALWAYS CHECK WITH A DOCTOR!) Usually if the doc says it’s a virus most of us know antibiotics don’t work on viruses and it maybe that your body created the virus to clear its own toxic build up!

So to sum up – Treat a cold as a friend and assess the REAL reason for the cold and the necessity to sing if you are immune compromised. In the middle of a tour it maybe you have no option but to keep soldiering on, but take care what “remedies and potions and pills” you use to help you and if you can duck out…….be kind to yourself…a cold has a natural life of up to 10 days irrespective of what you try to do to get rid of it. So THINK before you try and Zap yourself! Your efforts may cause a worse problem in the future! Let your body tell you what you need…it’s wiser than your head!

The Autumn equinox is around Sept 21st….maybe you’d like to let me know what kind of week you are having healthwise? Be prepared! Love Hilary

Mastering Tones & Resonance August 16, 2009

The secret is in the vowels, the tones and resonance of love”.

When you truly practice toning for a length of time you “feel” the tone and the resonance of that tone in your body. The vibration of the tone originating in the place of the body where that tone is at its purest resonance. Tones only use the voice box as their outlet into the world outside. They resonate deep inside!

The head & jaw bone & muscle mechanisms create resonant chambers which allow the vibrational resonance to transmit through the voice producing harmonics that can be heard and higher ones the ear cannot hear. The tones you are making are doing more than making a noise…they are resonating throughout your whole body. This resonance strengthens and brings power to your whole being! I call it “Tantric Singing”. You raise your vibration as high as you are able to when you are truly singing in full resonance! A master creates a whole body experience!

However I will add, that power comes from gentleness! All toning should be done gently and softly, increasing power slowly. If you make a loud sound you will notice the resonance is short and stops. If you make a soft sound you will notice the resonance holds much longer. The key is to balance the power in the depth of your resonance.

Have you ever spent HOURS making tones? Have you spent even 1 hour toning? I do mean toning NOT singing or doing solfege (Do, Re, Mi etc). The more time you devote to this, the higher you raise your body’s vibration and bring your voice fully into its true sound.

I use 5 basic vowel sounds/tones, using the correct mouth shape and bringing the tone through the voice box needs practice:-

UUH – For deep grounding & stability to hold breath & power

OOHH – Directional and resonant (used in healing) very strong like a laser target. If used in a very high frequency this can cut like a laser! You need softness with this tone.

AAHH – The true heart resonance. This is the hardest to master it has to come from pure love!

EHH – The throat resonance. This is the tone that brings through your will. It lifts and bridges the heart to the head…..my favourite for bridging the passagio and head voice power!

EE –  which always cause a discussion amongst teachers as it can be high pitched and damaging for the throat if done incorrectly. This I use carefully for teaching how to raise pitch, exercise mouth muscles and master phrasing with words that have EE in them.

Producing these tones correctly takes technique and practice. To receive their power in your body and build your resonance means you must dedicate at least 1 hour a day to them.

Additional resonance can then be built with humming techniques. These resonate throughout the whole head cavity, transmitting vibration into your whole body. They can make you light headed and spaced out unless you are practicing safely and combining the other tones into your vocal exercise routine. I use gentle Sanskrit tones to build resonance and power. It is essential in order to develop strength and power & melodic sound resonance for your entire vocal register.

So to conclude in the “TRUE VOICE COURSE® audio sessions 1 & 2 plus The Secret Is In The Vowels Video series” you can learn these foundation tones and how to do them along with a warm up routine and breath instruction. In my experience the tones help you master your breath…not the other way around! I learned through years of shallow breathing to come into being my own master of tone and resonance and bringing through my true voice. Good luck with finding your true voice!

Love & blessings Hilary

Discover your Voice & Soul August 11, 2009

Your voice is your soul in sound! It is unique to you and your resonance holds the key to developing your confidence, personal power, self esteem, ability to heal and transform your own life and the lives of those you love when you sing or heal!

Since time began sound has been used to heal body, mind & spirit. Our whole universe is made up of sound and light vibration. Every culture in the world uses chants, songs & tones to celebrate life, bring joy, mourn, heal pain, dance and connect with the inner self and God. We can be moved by a beautiful singing voice, have our emotions played with in film music, go into trance through drumming, and heal by receiving a pure vocal tone that affects the physical & emotional body.

Sound is in us and around us! We are one with the vibration of sound in every cell of our body. Listen to nature, hear and feel how it affects your body. The sound of the wind, the ocean, birdsong, & dolphins. When we ‘tune in’ to nature and access our own sounds we raise our awareness and connection with all living things on our planet. Using our voice and music to ‘tune ourselves up’ we can connect with our inner self and have better relationships with the world around us. We are grounded, confident and can live in greater harmony.

Learning to go within with your voice is an amazing experience. It is not until you really get in touch with your own voice that deep healing and powerful transformation can happen. We each resonate at our own frequency and the healing energy of the voice is the most powerful of all sound healing modalities. This is because you are working with the love of the universe and carrying this energy through the resonance of the tone that is used. Science has shown that high frequency sounds charge the cerebral cortex, balancing left and right brain function. Sound can take you into deep states of altered consciousness; it soothes the central nervous system, strengthens the immune system and can ‘re-pattern’ our cellular vibrational frequencies to give us better health.

The voice is the ultimate amazing energy for opening the heart and allowing love to flow more freely. It is not about intellectual involvement with singing technique, it is about feeling, loving and healing……. freeing the soul like nothing else. A person receiving a voice healing may experience a beautiful deep sense of love and peaceful connection, or if transpersonal work is required issues that need to be released may come up. The healer brings through the universal resonance of love in the vocal tones and if the client uses their voice too the healing is greater. Long standing blockages move, deep pain is released, trauma is healed and joy returns to life! Healing takes place for yourself when you use your voice to sing and produce tones. It is a wonderful way to keep yourself in good health!

When singing commercially……this ‘soul voice’ is what many term the ‘unconscious voice’. It is when the mind lets go of how, why and what and lets the voice come through in it’s true state. Technique hones a voice for ‘ways or styles’ of singing. The ‘souls voice’ needs no mind interference, it bypasses the mind and brings through the uniqueness of the individuals voice! Have you noticed this when you ‘get lost’ in a song? This is when your soul takes over! Next time you are singing really notice what happens to you in your songs and where you can recognise your soul’s voice not just the techniques.

Have you wondered why some nights your audience is great and other nights not so good? Have you ever thought that it might be your own problem in that ‘your voice’ was not so good that night? The audience reflects what we give out. They acutely pick up on your performance….if you are singing from ‘you’ or just going through the motions. Why do we say ‘that singer has soul’ and we don’t say it for all singers? All voices have soul if you are singing from your soul….if you are just singing without feeling or heart in your voice then it’s noticed. Your singing reflects you!

Our voice provides the healing energy for these times. We have moved to a higher awareness of sound in the universe. Now is the time to come into harmony with ourselves, those around us and the planet with our voices through our singing! Our voice and songs are natural healers when we sing from our souls…from our hearts! Let your voice flow naturally ……With love

Hi I’ve just joined the world of wordpress and thought I’d introduce myself first. So here is my biography and I will start to post regular articles around voice coaching, singing and voice healing. Look forward to meeting all of you who want to open your hearts voice! My website is:-

http://www.hilarycanto – voiceoftheheart.ning.com

My father was a fabulous big band singer, at one point sharing the same billing with Judy Garland. He sang like Perry Como but he could sing anything from Frankie Laine’s Jezebel to Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Sammy Davis Jr, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, Elvis & Pop. I grew up with the music of the great era! People queued in his home town to hear him imitate Gracie Fields! As a child I would climb on his knee on stage and he sang “Daddy’s Little Girl” to me. He was BIG in the Northern Club & UK circuit and I was honoured to work with him as his daughter. We shared a very special musical time together.

I learned to play the flute at age 8. At 10 I trained in classical piano – Royal Schools of Music to Grade 5 Piano & Theory. At 12 I learned to play the organ (Hammonds inc C3, & Lowry’s). I had a great jazz organ teacher using Harry Stoneham music to teach me jazz, swing & contemporary. I supported my father and other artists. I began singing with him before entering the club circuit in the UK as a solo artist, at that time, an excellent training ground. I self taught myself basic guitar and sang country/folk/MOR in those days. I was semi professional until 18 then went professional 6 nights a week for 4 years; I had a great time singing, including some very large music festivals in Holland.

I then spent 25 years in the creative, media, sales/marketing & design business. I employed & trained 12 staff and recruited at the highest level of creative expertise in the UK Advertising Agency scene. A top 3 UK specialist Creative recruitment agency and the first to operate nationally from one office outside London! I sang at the weekends too, but the pressures of business led me to give up singing for 10 years.

In 1998 a major traumatic event, opened me to start writing songs and I returned to music and singing. Whilst running the business, I trained in Natural Nutrition (Naturopathic) & Vibrational Medicine (Flower Essences, Energy Healing and Sound Healing mainly using the voice). I started singing swing/blues with a 12 piece band for a short spell.

I began to draw back from business and worked alongside some enlightened Doctors and complementary therapy leading lights. I set up a healing clinic and was the first person in the UK to use Sound & Voice Healing in a professional situation. I trained with the best and am grateful to Chris James (Australia) for teaching me the power of tones and my first teacher Simon Heather who gave me the start and the science!

From this work, I began performing and teaching again. I realised that integrating voice healing and perforance singing would be powerful. The quality and sound of my voice has come through mastering tones and applying it to performance singing. I had a shaky start as a baby nearly dying from choking on bottled milk; later on I had a collapsed lung, so my breathing was never great! I learned to manage my breath whilst singing and playing the organ at the same time (hands, feet and voice), and my true power, technique and breath control came from mastering tones. My global thinking led me to develop my vision to bring the world together in love through singing! To influence the commercial world to sing from the heart and soul and make a positive difference to our world.

Singing is an expression of the heart and soul. Science shows how music bypasses the mind and the voice is the ultimate healing instrument. I was told I could heal just by speaking to people and many clients say my voice affects them powerfully. I have a gift for teaching & healing intuitively through love. I have taught and run workshops throughout my life! I facilitate a student to trust their own wisdom, because wisdom is different to knowledge. I am especially good with beginners, and have re-trained trained voices to better resonance and technique! I love to see the joy in a student as they free their voice! I make it easy with my True Voice Course®.

I am blessed to be here as a Universal Heart to all, to help you share your voices with LOVE!
